As a family run funeral business, we want to present all our fees and charges in a clear and transparent way. Please find listed below funeral costings as from November 2022.
Each funeral will be tailored to your own personal requirements and specifications, a coffin of your choice, obituary notice, thanks notice, burial of ashes, order of service booklets, photo montage, memory cards, floral tributes etc. We are here to provide our professional guidance and support.
The funeral costs are broken into two parts. One part is payable to us, your funeral director and one part is payable to all third parties involved in your funeral, such as minister, crematorium, florist etc and these are known as Disbursements.
At the time of making the funeral arrangements you will be given a written estimate showing an itemised list of all costings involved in carrying out the funeral.
You will be asked to pay the disbursements (third party costs) two working days prior to the funeral taking place. Examples of these disbursements are listed below:
Two weeks after the funeral has taken place you will receive our final invoice to be paid in full within 30 days of the dated invoice.

Disbursements - Third-party Costs
Third Party Costs are fees paid by the funeral director to other suppliers or professionals to carry out funeral services; this includes burial or cremation costs and payments to anyone except the funeral director eg celebrant-minister officiating the funeral service, florist, doctors, obituary notices etc and is required to be paid two working days prior to the funeral taking place.
