Many families like to prepare an Obituary Notice to go into the local paper, advising family and friends of the details of the funeral.
Families can either place this themselves or our Funeral Arranger’s will be more than happy to assist with the wording, presentation and will forward the proposed notice to the relevant sources.
Local press is a popular way of communicating this information and in certain cases may also be supplemented by a national press entry.
We also offer a place for an Online Obituary allowing friends and family members to share their memories of your loved one.
After the funeral a Thanks Notice can be placed thanking family and friends for their support, maybe hospital staff for their care, the minister for conducting the service, floral tributes or donations.
